ESTABLISHMENT
We have been practicing as a firm of attorneys since 2003 under the name and style NKHUMISE THIPE ATTORNEYS. During 2004 the firm was changed to NKHUMISE AK ATTORNEYS and traded as a sole proprietor ever since.
DIRECTORS
NKHUMISE AK ATTORNEYS is sole proprietor and the owner and the director being ANDREW KGOPOLO NKHUMISE who can take an active approach to any instructions given to the practice. Mr. Nkhumise obtained his B. PROC degree in 2007 from the University of the North (Turfloop).
CANDIDATE ATTORNEYS
Mr. DANNY JOSEPH PHAHLAMOHLAKA obtained his B.PROC degree at the university of the North (Turfloop) in 2007 and he joined our practice 2007 after 10 (ten) years experience as a prosecutor.
STAFF
The staff employed is all dedicated professionals with years of experience in a variety of fields. Our firm makes provision for the appointment of previously disadvantaged individuals. We have an on going affirmative action programme and at present 100% of our staff comprises of members from the previously disadvantaged community.
FEES
Our fees structures are as applied by the various Law Societies in South Africa and depending on the volumes of work, certain aspects thereof are open to negotiations
SPECIALITIES
We specialize in all areas of the law, namely civil procedure, litigation, collections, matrimonial affairs, liquidation and sequestrations, criminal law and deceased estates. We are at present providing legal service to the communities around Odi District.
